Akhand Ramayan Path

In order to receive blessings and a peaceful life, one must continuously recite the Ramcharit manas for 24 hours without stopping, accompanied with Bhajans and Kirtans praising Lord Shri Ram and his life lessons.

The entire Shri Ram Charitra Manas is recited continuously for 24 hours on the Akhand Ramayan Path. Baalkand, Ayodhyakand, Aranyakand, Kishkindhakand, Sundarkand, Lankakand, and Uttarkand are the seven kaands that make up the text. Each kaands describes the many leelas and stages of Lord Shree Ram.

Following this route brings luck and eliminates problems from one’s life. A group of pandits who play the dholak, manjeera, and other instruments for kirtans and bhajans extolling Lord Shri Ram follow the head panditji on this journey, which he starts with the Gauri Ganesh Kalash Puja.
